• タイトル：Ultrashort pulsed laser manufacturing – diamonds, defects and in-line 
  optical feedback

講演概要：
aser manufacturing with ultrashort pulses (less than 1 picosecond in duration) enables high resolution internal structuring of transparent materials. The use of liquid crystal spatial light modulators (SLMs) for correction of aberrations and beam shaping is shown to enhance the processing. As an example, we explore laser fabrication of synthetic diamond, where the laser is used to induce defects for quantum technologies or graphitization for electrical devices. In-line optical feedback with spectral resolution of photoluminescence and Raman is shown to be highly beneficial in these applications.
